WELCOME TO THE CLUB!
Welcome to Grace Bay Concierge Club, your premier destination for professional vehicle care in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Our membership model offers caring service and peace of mind.
Our membership program aims to offer customer service that exceeds expectations. To do so we have had to reduce the number of vehicles we service and limit the makes and models to only those where parts are attainable in an easy and timely manner.
Your vehicle’s membership, yes, membership is based on the vehicle, not the owner; your car or truck gains access to a suite of benefits including our auto airport concierge service, and/or automotive from our highly skilled and certified automotive technicians.
Concierge Club Plus Requirements
A Concierge Club PLUS membership requires the applying vehicles to be a specific manufacturer and, in some places, model. Our current models accepted makes and models are:
Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Suzuki Swift and the Suzuki Baleno.
To maintain the highest level of service, memberships are also limited to vehicles that are:
- Registered and insured.
- Ten years or newer.
- In a safe condition for our technicians to service.
Additional Details
Service is subject to availability, an up-to-date membership, and in addition to the annual membership fee.
PARKING INTRUCTIONS &
VEHICLE KEY PICK UP
Please park vehicles on the upper left lot near the Grace Bay Car Rental return vehicle tent. You may give your envelope to our friendly staff.
KEY PICKUP
Upon your arrival kindly pick up your keys at our welcome desk inside the International Arrivals area.
After office hours vehicle key drop off box and pick up box. Drop & Pick Up box is located at the welcome desk inside the International Arrivals area.
Please note: Vehicles dropped after 5:00 pm will incur a $25.00 government airport parking fee.
